Thank you for your interest in The Executive Recruiter’s Roundtable, a professional association of boutique firms within the Executive Search Industry.

Membership is by “Invitation Only” to a limited number of search industry professionals, so as to provide an open and informative “Roundtable” forum whereby we can exchange ideas, share insights and discuss issues affecting our business and practices. Just one idea that can come out of a “Roundtable” discussion with your industry peers can have a profound affect on how to better serve your clients and promote your business and profession. Additionally, the ability to call and discuss issues with other professionals within your industry is invaluable. It’s like having your own advisory board.

Realizing, that your time is extremely valuable, our By-Laws call for only one meeting annually, to be held on the third Friday of October, in Chicago. This will be a one day meeting to discuss no more than 4 issues, selected by our membership, affecting our profession. Annual dues are set at $200.

We see the Roundtable as an opportunity for search industry principals to learn and benefit from the perspectives and experiences of the other members, while also sharing their own. I’m sure, based on our membership, that you will find our meetings to be stimulating, interactive and congenial.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP:
Membership to the Corporation shall be open to principals of executive recruiting firms on a nondiscriminatory basis. Religion, color, ethnic background, or sex shall not be taken into consideration as a consideration for membership. An individual seeking membership must be engaged in the business of recruiting executives exclusively for employment by employers. The individual must have 3 or more years of executive recruiting experience. The individual must be recommended by a current member. Members will be elected by the current membership. An affirmative vote of 100% is required for membership.
